Took \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Dwarven Axeman<\/h2>\n

The eldest of the seven dwarven brothers, Took wears the death of his siblings as a mark of shame, feeling responsible for their demise. Whilst Rook has often tried to bring some semblance of comfort to him during the darker times, both know that neither will rest until Mallory pays for the evil she inflicted upon them. Even if they both perish in this quest for revenge, they will at least be reunited with their kin.<\/p>\n

Took was the firstborn of his siblings, and by the time his youngest brother Hook was born, Took had become the strong figure that all his siblings looked up to. When they worked in the family mine, Took acted as the Foreman in lieu of their father when he could not be present. When their father passed, Took rose to the occasion, becoming the family\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s patriarch. Under his direction, their family flourished, until their way of life was threatened by the appearance of the Dark Queen Mallory, who demanded the mines of the Baranook family, and the entirety of their ore output.<\/p>\n

Took resisted, uniting his brothers in a valiant stand against Mallory and her minions. He was the only survivor among those who stood against her that day. He was spared, forced to carry the burden of his perished siblings. He was not even able to bury them, with Mallory\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s minions carrying their corpses away for the wicked plans she held for them. Those plans have now come to light, seeing that they have been reanimated, years later, and used as her pawns in defending herself from the ever-growing resistance to her imposed rule.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
