Erina of Amarth \u2013 Proctor of Canos<\/h2>\n

One of the University of Canos\u2019 most powerful Proctors. Erina was sent to Limlight by the University owing to their unfortunate responsibility in the outbreak, and to document and contain as much as she can. At this point, the University can no longer risk retaining samples of the disease, and Erina has instructions to completely eradicate the infestation from the village.<\/p>\n

A veteran Proctor of the University of Canos, Erina had only just begun her tenure as a Proctor when Dragonblight struck two years ago. In the space of two months she came closer to mortal peril than any other Proctors had in twenty years, and was one of the few survivors left among them when the plague finally ended. Each day was spent pushing herself to the edge, brushing with death time and again; watching as the disease tore the city of Canos apart, and the spirits of the survivors with it.<\/p>\n

When the plague finally ended, Erina was far from the bright-eyed girl who was hopeful to be an upholder of justice at her place of schooling. She was a hardened warrior, one who now carried the weight of every death at the University, as if it were her own personal failure. She has retreated into solitude since; even by Proctor standards she is a loner, and renowned among students as being extremely callous. Though, to the faculty, her skills, experience and selfless acts during the Blight were remembered.<\/p>\n

When news came of the outbreak in Limlight, and the university\u2019s responsibility, the Proctors were asked if any might volunteer to aid in containing it, delving into the arcane quarantine zone. Erina was the first to raise her hand, and only. Many believe her to have a deathwish, and that she might find it there in Limlight. For Erina, however, the truth is simple: she has fought the plague before and come out victorious. She can do it again.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The set<\/span><\/p>\n

Limlight was a village mostly spared by the Dragonblight outbreak two years prior. Now it has become the epicentre of the latest outbreak, trapped in an arcane quarantine. The clock is ticking until all within are infected, or wiped out by the kingdom\u2019s contingency and containment plans. A squad of elite knights and paladins now enter, volunteering their lives to try end the outbreak and purge the plague.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The campaign<\/span><\/p>\n

In The Dire End, the party is trapped within the arcane quarantine zone of Limlight Village. The village is a victim of a new strain of Dragonblight, which has erupted only recently. It was very swiftly quarantined by arcane mages of the kingdom of Draksborne, who are now threatening that the entire quarantine zone will be purged in three days, if those inside are not able to end the plague themselves. With the hourglass quickly emptying, the party will need to join forces with a group of volunteers who have entered the quarantine, in a bid to eradicate the infestation and save the lives of hundreds of survivors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
