Rabasa \u2013 Djinni in a Bottle<\/h2>\n

A Djinni that has lived in a long-since discarded trinket at the bottom of the University\u2019s vaults. A student, delving through the old rubble beneath the new buildings, found the bottle, opening it and unwittingly causing a small calamity. Rabasa is a Djinni of tricks and monkey-paw wishes, and is causing havoc across the school. Should he not be stopped, he may cost someone their life.<\/p>\n

An aspect of Maethromin that was given as a gift to the Emperor of Draksborne when the Elemi first arrived on Tharador. The Djinni, who only provided cursed wishes that backfired upon the emperor, was seen ultimately as an insult, and instead of using the final wish, it was bottled up and sent to the University of Canos for research and evaluation, with hopes the jinxed elements of its wishes might be overridden. For centuries, it has sat in the University vaults, forgotten until recently when an unsuspecting student happened upon the bottle, accidentally releasing the Dijinni.<\/p>\n

As vengeance, the creature, rather than destroying the University, has been using its powers to sow chaos across the campus. Gravity inverted in the middle of class, students forgetting their mother tongues and only able to speak in Goblin-tongue. Though the pranks are growing more dire, with a student recently having their legs broken after being overhead complaining about the walk up the stairs to the observatory. The Proctors are now seeking outside help from brave students to find and contain the creature, and return it to its bottle.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The set<\/span><\/p>\n

The University of Canos is one of the oldest and most prestigious arcane institutions on the continent of Tharador. It is a vessel for transforming raw, unrefined magic-users into elite mages, either of the court or lab, whilst some paths also exist for those who intend to use magic in creative pursuits. It is currently rebuilding itself, two years after Dragonblight tore it down. Whilst campus life continues in a strange, quiet peace, something sinister stirs within. Students continue to go missing, and the staff are turning to desperate measures to find out why.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The campaign<\/span><\/p>\n

In The Arcane University the party must enter the University of Canos undercover as students, investigating a series of mysterious disappearances with six students currently missing in the school. Only her and one other investigating staff member are aware of their status, and the party will have to go through all the highs and lows of life at the Arcane University to immerse themselves in their roles, and uncover what has happened to the missing students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
